They attribute their success to their strong commitment to customer service. Terry, Teresa and all their associates have many years experience in business management and customer service as well as real estate.

Terry has been a Realtor for nearly 30 years. During this time he has been a Director of the Alberta Real Estate Association, held many positions on his local Real Estate Board and was President of the Hinton Chamber of Commerce. He also has specialized training in Commercial and Investment Real Estate. He has helped many commercial clients with leasing this year alone.
Teresa has 18 years of business management experience including Real Estate office management and law office conveyancing. This experience has given her specific knowledge and a unique perspective to pass on to her clients.

Their involvement in the community doesn’t stop with their real estate services. They are involved in many volunteer community programs to help address the housing concerns in the area. This include the Rental Registry – a free service that aims to put Landlords and Renter together, “The Home Program’ – a workshop that helps renters become home owners through counseling and down payment assistance, the Humans Helping Humans Housing Foundation – a not for profit organization that builds homes for people in need and FCSS’s making Financial Cents Program.
